I think i gotta problem, It's something inside
I don't know how to solve it, and so I just hide
I always point the finger, at what other people do
But then i'll do the same thing, because i'm untrue

You'd probably never know because i'd never show

I know that i'm dishonest, i don't try to be
I wish that I was perfect, but that's unreality
I wish that it was easy, I wanna be the best
Lead by example, and not like all the rest

If only you could see, the real and honest me
and not my sanctimony
I know you'd understand when I show my false hand
A humbug is not who i'm meant to be

I try to stay on top of it but can't seem to get out of it,
stopping there ain't no promises, honest I pray to God i wish,
righteousness could be all I give, sadly i'm mostly negative
("mostly" being the adjective) choosing ethical selective,
(lying - deceiving suggestive) expecting what I will not give,
thinking of selfish benefits, getting rich off my laziness,
endless thinking of my greatness, sleeping to dream of my success,
Instead of getting up - getting out to get something, I waste my
time romanticizing why I got nothing, I'm struggling & striving
to survive all the lies, don't wanna pass em' down to the youth
cause deep inside ... i think that i'm ...
